Hommax receives award for most innovative local company

On Saturday, 22 October, the Picanya Business Association in Valencia held an awards ceremony to recognise local companies in the municipality for their contribution to the local economy in various categories. Hommax received the Innovative Company award, thanks to the various projects we are carrying out in the area of digitalisation and in ‘Hommax Innovation Hub’, an internal programme that pursues trends and makes strategic investments in technology start-ups.

Diego Tronchoni and Rubén Troyano, Managing Director and Technical Director of Hommax, respectively, attended the gala. Diego Tronchoni spoke for a few minutes while collecting the award, expressing his gratitude and commenting on the reasons for the company's success: "Adapting to change is a challenge, but also an opportunity, and to do so you have to surround yourself with the best people. In addition to having them in the company, we have also sought them out externally, partnering with technology companies to innovate in products and processes. I recommend that all retailers in Picanya dare to invest in innovation and do so by putting the customer at the centre."

As Diego mentioned in his speech, the real success of the innovation we are carrying out at Hommax is due to the internalisation of a customer-centric culture, which consists of putting the customer at the centre of every decision we make, ensuring that everything we do is focused on improving customer service and offering the best solutions.

In addition, we are investing heavily in the digitalisation of the sales process, providing customers with a much more powerful online store, with new functionality and up-to-date, comprehensive and technical information.
