Delivery Deadlines
The delivery time for products in stock is 24/48 hours in Spain and 2-5 days in Europe. In order for the order to leave our warehouse the same day the order is placed, it must be placed before 16:00 hours.
For some postcodes in the Valencian Community, we also offer express delivery with same day delivery, as long as the order is placed before 11:00 am.
Products that are not in stock are delivered within 7 to 30 working days, depending on the availability of the product from the supplier. This period is indicated on the product sheet of each product, next to the availability message.
Shipping methods and costs
Hommax works with different transport companies in Spain and Portugal that deliver on the street. We do not deliver to flats as this is a service for professionals.
Below we detail the different delivery methods, depending on the type of carrier and price:
-Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands:
DHL - Shipping cost €3.95 for orders under €200. Free for orders over 200€.
MRW - Shipping cost 6,95€ on orders under 500€. Free for orders over 500€ (Up to 10kg).
VIAXPRESS - Shipping cost 6,95€ for express delivery orders in selected postcodes in the Valencian Community.
DROPSHIPPING - Shipping cost 6,95€ for orders delivered to end customers (retailers or users) with neutral packaging and delivery note without prices. Only available in some areas of Spain.
*Shipping costs for the Canary Islands are charged outside the online shop, previously informing the customer and processing the order only with their approval.
-Shipments to the Canary Islands and rest of Europe:
EXW - The shipping costs are ex works, i.e. the customer is responsible for them. The order is processed digitally, via the online shop, and shipping is handled separately.
The customer can decide whether Hommax will send the shipment, assuming the charge indicated by the transport agency, based on the volume of the order; or the customer sends his own transport company and takes care of the logistics himself. The transport company with which Hommax operates in the Canary Islands is Schenker, ask ask for the rest of Europe.
- Shipments to Portugal:
NACEX - Shipping cost 15€ for orders under 500€. Free for orders over 500€.
- Shipments to Andorra:
DHL - Shipping cost €12 for orders under €1000. Free for orders over 1000€.
- Shipments to France:
UPS - Shipping cost €50 for orders under €1500. Free for orders over 1500€.
What happens if the customer is not at the delivery address?
If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer's absence, the carrier will leave a notification card and a second attempt will be made on the next working day. If on both the first and second delivery attempts no one receives the order, our carrier will set a new delivery attempt offering you two options:
1.- New delivery date and address.
2.- Indication of a collection point in the nearest office of the carrier.
How to return an item
In order to return one or more articles and obtain a refund, the material must have been purchased from Hommax and returned within a period of less than 30 days, in addition:
1.- The material must not have been used and must be in perfect condition, with all its accessories and original packaging.
2.- The customer must send the material in a cardboard box that protects the original packaging, together with a copy of the return form explained below.
3.- The customer must fill in the return request form: RMA request and send it to ventas@hommax.eu. Once the sales team checks the data, they will assign an RMA number to the request and forward it to the customer. It is necessary for the customer to include a hard copy of the completed request form in the shipping package.
Once the material has arrived at our facilities, complying with the above requirements, we will proceed to make the payment and invoice rectification, through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial order. In the event that the customer wishes to make a change, the process will be the same. The new product will be made in a separate order and delivery.
If instead of a return, the customer needs another technical service, such as repair or warranty, he/she can also do so on the same form, indicating the type and reason for the request. In either case, the customer will receive a copy of the completed form by email with further information about the follow-up of the request.
Finally, the customer must pay the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault on the part of Hommax or the transport company that sent the order in the first place.

Important Notice
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging, manuals, parts and accessories. Upon receipt of your package in our warehouse we will check the items and proceed with the refund.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. However, the cost of collection will be borne by Hommax.
If the purchase comes from a promotional code, the proportional part of the total amount spent will be refunded after having redeemed the coupon.
If you wish to exchange the product, you will have to request the collection of the product and place the order for the new product.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned once the order has been confirmed.
