You have to press "menu+8" on the keypad to get a reset code that you will have to enter in the APP Hand.

You must scan the QR code with the HandyApp APP to get the correct serial number to be entered either via the software or the keypad.

What is the COB module?
The COB is a module to move the GSM module away from the panel, in order to provide an improved signal when the control panel is installed in a location with poor coverage.
How many sites can be registered in the RISCO cloud?
There is no limit to the number of sites.
What is the difference between "Deleting" and "Unassigning" a site in the RISCO Cloud?
The "Unassign" option will release the site from the company and it will become a site that any other company with the product ID can add. The "Delete" option will delete the site and the equipment on the site will be retained in the company's product list.

How do I control the outputs from the APP?
The outputs only appear in the application if they are programmed to "Follow Code" and you have enabled the corresponding user to manage them.

Remove power, hold the reset button for 10 seconds until the lights on the front of the camera go out and then power up again.

The LightSYS+ has cloud encryption. So you must have the control panel updated to the latest version or disable the "encryption" option in the cloud tab.
