Service and pre-configuration and repair of equipment
At Hommax we provide an after-sales and repair service for the equipment we supply to our customers.
You can contact our technical department by phone 961 594 646 or email dtecnico@hommax.eu so that they can assess and resolve your incident.
Remember that often the problem can be solved by configuration or firmware update, without the need to uninstall the equipment, so before sending the equipment for repair, we recommend that you consult our technicians and whenever possible provide them with remote access to the equipment.

At Hommax, we offer a pre-configuration service for all our CCTV, Intrusion and Video door entry systems without exception. We carry out all the necessary configuration with the exception of the wiring so that our clients' installations are faster, more up-to-date and efficient.
