The Hik-Connect app is designed to work with devices such as DVRs, NVRs, cameras, video door phones and security control panels. All security devices under control, in a centralised and intuitive way.

Quickly register and configure all equipment

Equipment can be registered using the QR code found on all Hikvision products or remotely via the web without the need to use the mobile app or be physically present at the installation.

In a very simple way, your customer will have all their equipment configured and ready to view surveillance videos in real time or play them back from their home, office, workshop or anywhere else at any time, and much more.

What notifications can I schedule from Hik-Connect?

· Intercom calls:

Two-way communication with the person on the other side of the door, allowing remote opening wherever the customer is, using the app on their mobile phone.

· Access control:

For installations in workplaces, all information relating to entry times and identity could be recorded. Alarm triggers for different scenarios that increase your customer's security would also be collected, such as unusual or forced door opening, and it will also detect if a door has been left open, etc. What's more, you can configure actions such as deactivating the alarm when the access control device recognises the person entering the home, premises or building.

· CCTV alerts:

When an AXPRO intrusion system accessory is registered, cameras can be linked to those devices, for example, a magnetic door or window sensor... this way, if something unusual happens, the camera captures the precise moment when the alarm is triggered and also generates a short video clip.
