Conditions to online shopping at Hommax.
Under Law 34/2002 of July 11 regarding services of the information society and electronic commerce, we inform you that the entity Hommax Sistemas S.A, (hereinafter Hommax) with C.I.F. A-46145066 and address at Avda. Alquería Moret, Nº9, 46210 Picanya-Valencia, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, is the owner of this website.

Acceptance of the conditions
The client declares to know these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them when placing his order either in writing or by telephone.
Payment Method
Hommax Sistemas reserves the right to accept any requests from its customers to purchase the products it sells. Our registered clients have a known and accepted ranking in advance by them, which guarantees them a credit line, access to the payment method and discounts. For new clients, and until they obtain their ranking, payment will be made in cash using a bank transfer or through an account deposit. Once the ranking has been obtained, payments will be made with accepted bills or with a promissory note at the term established in a timely manner. Any delay in payment beyond the established term will mean the suspension of shipments, repairs and customer credit, and Hommax Sistemas, S.A. reserves the possibility of annulment of the established credit and of the conditions agreed upon up to that date.
For payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card – We guarantee that each of the transactions made in Hommax Systems is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Hommax Sistemas uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal). In addition, we inform you that to provide credit card owners with greater security, we have incorporated the secure payment system called SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store. If your card is not attached to this payment system, Hommax Sistemas will only accept payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card by customers with proven seniority and reliability. In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Hommax Sistemas will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
Delivery
Immediate for all products in stock
For shipments to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands and if the order is made through the web portal, and the amount exceeds €200, the shipping costs will be free. Otherwise, if the order is less than that figure, the shipping costs amount to €.3.95 + VAT. On the other hand, if the order is made against a quote by mail or phone and is greater than €500, the shipping costs will be free, while if it is less than that figure, the shipping costs amount to €10 + VAT.
For certain postal codes in Valencia and Castellón, same-day delivery is possible for orders placed before 12h00 for a cost of €6.95 + VAT.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, regardless of whether the order is made through the web or by mail/phone, the shipping costs will be free if the amount of the order is greater than €1,000 and if it is sent by sea. If sent by plane, a quote would have to be made. For orders less than €1,000, a quote would have to be made based on size and weight.
For shipments to Portugal, regardless of whether the order is made through the web or by mail/phone, postage amounts to €15 + VAT if the order is less than €500. Otherwise, shipping costs will be free.
For shipments to other areas of the world, a quote would have to be made regardless of the order amount.
Returns
A return period of up to 30 calendar days from the date of shipment is established for listed products, unused, with their original packaging, manuals, parts and accessories. For orders of products that are not referenced in the price list, returns will not be allowed. Only returns previously requested in writing and accepted by Hommax, through the return request form, will be accepted. Hikvision licenses do not support exchange or return.
To request the return of material, the customer must send the return request form to devoluciones@hommax.eu (returns@hommax.eu), duly completed with the customer and product data on the request. Once the data has been verified, Hommax will assign a return number and return the form to the customer with the assigned number. The customer must then print the form, sign and seal it, and attach it to the material, which must be sent to Hommax, freight prepaid. The return will be made once the material has been received and it has been verified that it is in a condition for payment.
Return request
Claim due to transportation
In events of deterioration, breakage, impact, loss or theft of all or part of the merchandise, it is essential that, upon receipt, the client verifies that the delivery is complete and correct. If any anomaly is detected, they must make the appropriate claim to the carrier at that time and notify Hommax Sistemas. Failure to comply with this rule will deprive the subsequent right of claim.
Hommax is not responsible for the delay of the merchandise by the manufacturer.
Domain reservation
All the products supplied by Hommax Sistemas, S.A. will be owned by the company until full payment of the products.
Warranty
Deadlines
Hommax Sistemas will apply the warranty terms and conditions established for each product by the manufacturer. In the cases or products where it is not specified, the general term of application of the guarantee for lack of conformity will be 2 years from the date of supply. If the lack of conformity manifests itself within 6 months after the delivery of the product unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed as pre-existing, except if this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the equipment or with the lack of conformity itself. Some components subject to wear due to normal use of the equipment may be subject to specific warranty conditions or may be excluded from it, depending on each manufacturer and independently of the general warranty of the equipment. (This is the case with Hard Drives, Batteries and similar components).
Conditions
For a product delivered to the Hommax Sistemas after-sales service to be considered included in the benefits of the guarantee program, it must meet the following requirements:
Products received for repair must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note, necessary to verify the date of sale and warranty period.
The warranty covers the total or partial repair or replacement of equipment damaged by any manufacturing defect, except when the breakdown is caused by wear of the parts due to normal use of the equipment. Repairs will be carried out by the official technical service of each manufacturer or, failing that, by our technical service, at the discretion of Hommax Sistemas, always seeking maximum efficiency and speed.
To use this service, the damaged product must be sent by the buyer to the after-sales department of Hommax Sistemas, S.A. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to Hommax Sistemas, and Hommax Sistemas will be responsible for the costs associated with returning it.
If the malfunction is due to an improper installation or use, or to causes unrelated to the normal use of the equipment, if it had been opened, manipulated, repaired or modified by persons other than the Hommax Sistemas after-sales department, or if it was verified that it was acquired before the date covered by the warranty, the equipment and its components will be automatically excluded from the benefits of the same.
Hommax Sistemas, S.A. in no case will it be responsible for direct or indirect damages or loss of profits or economies that may arise from the use of our equipment.
Repair
Deadlines
All repairs are guaranteed for 180 days from the date of the invoice or repair receipt. The guarantee exclusively covers the defect that generates the same symptom, covering materials and labour. It will not cover other possible defects.
The repairs will be carried out by our technical personnel or by the official service of our supplier. To do this, the device must be sent to our Technical Service. The costs of transport and shipping to our technical service will be borne by the buyer.
To carry out the repair, the device must be accompanied by the delivery note, explaining the problems it presents. Otherwise, Hommax Sistemas reserves the right to attribute a charge for the necessary tests to detect the fault (even if the equipment is under warranty).
All out-of-warranty repairs will generate a quote.
