"The new CIEFFE NETTUNO MegaPX network camera is equipped with a high-resolution (2 Mpixels) CMOS sensor by Micron. NETTUNO MegaPX can send to the network high resolution images – 1600 x 1200 or 2 Mpixels – at 12/15 fps, or real time images (25/30 fps) with a 1280 x 1024 resolution (1,3 Mpixel). The sensor allows to adjust exposure and white balancing guaranteeing excellent images in standard settings as well as in scenes with high dynamic range and under any lighting condition. The camera independently controls and manages the autoiris of the fitted lenses according to the light condition of the scene selected. MPEG4 compression allows to optimize data in a much more efficient way than traditional compression methods, thus eliminating problems related to the available bandwidth and reducing traffic and storage costs. Therefore, it is possible to achieve an extremely high resolution with an extremely small bandwidth usage. MPEG4 compression is managed by a dedicated DSP, with proprietary firmware, that can be updated over the network if new algorithms are implemented. NETTUNO MegaPX can be powered directly through the Ethernet port (Power Over Ethernet compliant). An SDCard slot allows to add memory for local storage of single frames or short videos. NETTUNO MegaPX is suitable for stand-alone use or in combination with DVMS of the SPECTIVA and LINEARIS series. Fitted with a revolutionary video acquisition system developed by Pixim, it takes advantage of a 720 x 540 pixel progressive scanning sensor that eliminates interference and a dedicated DSP that runs an advanced high resolution system, capable of delivering a maximum dynamic range of 120 dB.

NETTUNO Quattro is capable of encoding video and audio from up to 4 analogue video/audio source in real time with H.264 (MPEG4 PART 10), the latest and most performing compression algorithm on the market. Each channel can be configured with a different encoder.
NETTUNO is a low-power device with a very small size: it can be powered through Ethernet port (Power over Ethernet compliant). Video signals are sent to the network in real time. Deepath2 behaves as a group of independently working agents, collaborating and exchanging results concerning the video streams. The agent's results are inserted in a multidimensional event database. Events are then correlated by time, space, and other parameters. Temporal-spatial correlations among events can result in “smarter“ alarms.

"SPECTIVA NET is an ideal solution for installations where wireless TCP/IP links are more suitable than the conventional cabling, or anywhere a TCP/IP network infrastructure is available. With SPECTIVA NET it is possible to supervise motion, visualize and record any native IP camera, or any camera encoded by supported encoders with different algorithms: H264, MPEG4 Main Profile, MPEG4, Wavelet and JPEG. Furthermore, it is possible to record a copy of each camera’s images from any SPECTIVA connected to the network. The multi-sector approach allows for the simultaneous recording of cameras with two or more frequencies (FPS) and resolutions, with or without motion detection, in different physical places. The new version of SPECTIVA includes the new functions of “Counting” (the system “counts” the movements between different video areas) and of “Crowd Detection” (the system monitors people or object sending an alarm at a given threshold). SPECTIVA NET is available in the 4 or 8 (up to 32 with extensoin license) IP video inputs configuration.
