HOMAX SISTEMAS HELPS ON EDUCTAION TO FUTUR TELECO ENGINEERS

Fruit of the relationship that links us with the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and specifically with the School of Telecommunication Engineering, our Technical Director has given, in the course of Image and Sound, a class that has complemented contents of subject-specific concepts CCTV. This session has  been developed with the aim of bringing the Company to the University and to provide specific concepts of CCTV and IP cameras, from the purely technical standpoint, and from the compamies point of view. After a brief presentation of Hommax systems, we made  tour of the different technologies in the market, and the advantages and disadvantages of analog and IP technologies. The session then focused on IP standardization organizations (ONVIF and PSIA) and the protocols involved in the transport of real-time data (RTP, RTCP, RTSP), to end relationing with the use of these protocols for transport of MPEG4 video encoding in the subject studied.
